You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. Once canceled, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will revert to the Free plan.
If you are unsatisfied with Built Gallery, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. Refund requests after 7 days will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
To request a refund, contact us at luisdevstudio@gmail.com with your account email and the reason for your request. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.
When your account reverts to the Free plan, your existing projects and images will remain accessible. However, you will not be able to create new projects or upload new images beyond the Free plan limits until you upgrade again.
