By creating an account or using Built Gallery, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Built Gallery is a photo gallery hosting platform that allows contractors and businesses to upload project photos and share them with clients via shareable links.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You may not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all photos and content you upload to Built Gallery. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service. We do not claim any ownership over your content.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights
  • Use the service to distribute malware or spam
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Resell or redistribute the service without permission

6. Subscriptions and Billing

Built Gallery offers free and paid plans. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep Built Gallery available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

Built Gallery is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be deleted.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
